Aruggg ... help me :/ !!!!!!!!!!?

Well there is this boy and he says he likes me and he is really nice and i do kinda like him. my parents really like him but he seems to boast about me with all his mates...at the cricket club where my brother and dad play... my brother is 23 and he is 17 but he seems to talk about me to all his mates there as if it is a competition i will be walking around and i will have almost everyone come up to me and be like hows *ben*... what do i do :/ do i still talk to him ???? or do i just forget about him :/ ?????
