Like if I'm watching mtv's the hills. I would cry even though the reason is so ridiculous. it's Ben like this for the past two years when I started getting anxiety. I get so anxious and sad when I find out my crush didn't text me back. Sometimes I get a numb feeling in my lips. What do I do to toughen up emotionally? I thought it was normal to express my feelings but now my feelings are being outrageous and irrational. How do I toughen up?!?
