Help my neon tetra is giving live birth?

jk i did this to get your attention but i do need help in this pleeaaase. i noticed that one of my neon tetras have a bit swollen mouth but it isnt fungus iknow this cuase it isnt white and i also added medication to make sure its not fungus . this was 2 days ago and still going on my neon tetra looks healthy and has good coleration blue and red line and its normally so what is this can it be curable
