Testicular Cancer, What does it feel like?

My husband had a lump in his Ball Sack for about two months, I tried to get him to go to a doctor when he first told me but he refused. Now it has gotten bigger and more painful. He hasn't been feeling good for a long time, we have been to a lot of doctors, specifically for stomach problems, but they couldn't find anything wrong. I have read that it is 90% curable, my husband doesn't have insurance and this really makes me nervous because I know they want you to pay before they treat you a lot of the time. Will they deny treatment to someone who can't pay? I am so worried. He does have an apointment with a doctor on Monday but I am just very worried.
