I want to move from the UK to Canada how may i go about this?

Im a boy just turned 15 and in the last year or so have developed this love and crave for the outdoors and bush craft i love the looks of the Canadian Forrest and wilderness and would like to spend alot of my time out in the woods canada is part of the commonwealth but im not sure if that will help my chances of moving there
