Can i get a restraining order?

hey, i was wonderin if i could get sum info about how 2 get a restraining order. A person has ben stalkin me 4 the past 3 days, threatenin me, comin 2 my house multible times and waitin infront of it, sent me multible txts, called my cell over 60 times, called my house over 25 times, and even broke into my friends house. I told him i would call the police if he does 1 more time. Could i get 1? Im 18 btw.
