Need some help and advice?

Im 16 and today I was diagnosed with herpes, the doctor said it was simple herpes and he could take care of it, I have to inject some stuff and take antibiotics all the time and use special soaps. He told me theres 7 kinda of herpes and I thought none of them were curable but supposingly this one is. Anyone have any advice im really stressed and pissed of right now. Im going to go get tested for rest of the STD's in a month. What should I say to the girl that infected me? Thanks for the help
