Ear Infection Question?

Okay so for about a month and half my ear (only the right one) has felt a bit constricted, as if the inside was swollen. There was no pain, thus I wasn't worried too much. But now it's begun hurting extremely and I've even found blood inside. I've been administering Peroxide in hopes that it would help. Any idea if this is an Ear Infection and if this is curable at home?
