I think i have syphilis help!?

First i think i had it for 7 months now! is that curable after that long a week ago i was sick had no fever or anything but i felt bad head ach neck pain fatigue lost of appetite. Every so often i get bumps in my mouth. Are these signs of syphillis im scared i heard after 6 months you can not cure it help me please. I feel ok right now but i have bumps in my moth red.
