Is my hamster curable or will she die?

my hamster is 2 years old, she recently had mites, but we cured her. she started sleeping with her eyes open an now her right eye is bulging and has a scab on it. she can't close it. she seems to half blind. she also has a swollen lower half of her body, possibly bladder infection? and just to top it off, she has wet tail. what am i supposed to do? we cant take her to the vet, no questioning please. i want her better.
