What lotion should i use for my Keratosis Pilaris?

I know this is only treatable and not curable, but I was looking to see if anyone out there had success with a certain lotion? I heard that Amlactin and Eucerin works, but there are different kind of Eucerin so can you please tell me which one you used if you did use that brand(Eucerin).
